New Zealand Maori Artist Ku Bailey

New Zealand Maori artist Ku Bailey made her quilt Te Putake o Te Ao depicting the New Zealand Maori creation myth in 1999. It subsequently became a finalist in the Millennium Quilt Festival in Houston, TX after which it toured North American, Europe, and Asia. The quilt is now held in a private collection.
