Sculpture Gallery

Sculpture has been part of the art pantheon since the time of the Ancient Greeks and Romans who anthropomorphized their gods in carved marble. In modern times, sculpture appears to hold a special appeal as the art-form of choice to accent the exteriors and entry spaces of contemporary architecture. Ariki Art artist, Max Emadi, has no such grand ambitions (currently at least; let's not limit Max's ambitions!), but he and his wife have worked in ceramics for several years, and Max has on offer here in his own sculpture gallery several small ceramic pieces he entitles his "Beautiful Monsters". While modest in size, they are full of charm and greatly enhance interior spaces. I personally enjoy the company of several of these monsters myself in my home.
