While you may simply want
McKenzie Birnie to create a portrait
by copying one photograph, you may also want her to use her creative and
artistic talent and create a portrait from several photos. Here are two
examples of McKenzie's work.
The
first is a portrait that McKenzie did from photos of Ariki founder, John Corney,
and company mascot Kiwi. the portrait captures the two subjects enjoying
Sunday morning coffee and paper on the patio.

The second is another example of a family
portrait from photos that McKenzie was commissioned to do. The person requesting
the commission wanted his grandmother painted as he remembered her sitting on
her back porch at the family ranch in Mexico, but no one photo existed of her in
this location. However, from three different photos that were supplied,
McKenzie painted a creative portrait of the grandmother on her porch.
