Three Turtles at Twilight
The turquoise necklaced turtle flourishes in the many warm mineral
water lakes surrounding the twin volcanoes. A very popular regional
specialty is stuffed turtle baked in a puff pastry crust.

Les tortues à collier turquoise abondent dans les eaux chaudes des lacs
