All through the summer, the renowned Del Monaco cattle in the great central
valley feast on wild roses. Beef lovers say that Del Monaco steaks have a
subtle rose aroma when they are grilled medium rare.

En été, le bétail renommé Del Monaco broute des roses sauvages parmi la
grande vallée centrale. La gourmandise dit que le steak Del Monaco, grillé à
point, a l'arome subtil des roses.
