Michael McLane has captured little Matthew in a pose that suggests this small boy is ready for some fun, or is it mischief? Little Matthew is sucking his thumb while the photo is taken through the back of the chair he is sitting. The setup suggests Matthew is hiding but with an intent to be seen nonetheless. Well it just wouldn't be any fun at all if we couldn't see him, would it? This wonderful black and white photographic portrait of a small boy shouts "Let's play!"
