Abstract Collection Red/Black
The Collection consists of paintings illustrating sensitive aspects of South Africa's current state. The paintings are only done in red, black and a bit of white. Color red used gives energy to these paintings which in returns depicts happiness and liveliness where as the black conveys a morbid, deadly and fearing feeling. In contrast with the symbolism of the painting it actually portrays Chinese/Eastern contents of tradition, unity and religion.
