Fine Art Nudes Painting - Perfect Physique

Perfect Physique was done in loving memory of my late father Harry William Crawford van Eck . Unfortunately he passed away before I started painting.
It consists of a male figure exploiting his torso and hand. The torso portrays the strength and durability of a man, shoulders, which he carried the burdens of his family, abdomen, the place where laughter started, arms, where he kept me safe, heart, where he believed in me and lastly the hand, with which he lead me through life, kept me with him all the way, provided me with all I needed and taught that I can be anything I want and do anything i put my mind to.

Fine Art Nudes Painting - Tentative

Tentative brings forward a shy/reversed feeling of secrets, symbolising a self concealed feeling or even ignominy and in a way it makes you feel accountable for something. Female form depicts a soft, gentle and vulnerable mind set. Black background again adds to sensuality and brings out the beauty of a woman which in return conceals everything inside of her soul.

The painting only shows where light is exposed on the female form to accentuate the form of the body. The painting consists of 3 pieces of different views emphasising the curves in the movement of the female body. This symbolises elegance and grace. Any woman of any shape has perfection in her body.

Fine Art Nudes Painting - Exquisite Slumber

The exquisite form of the female body gives beauty to this painting but the intensity is seen through the posture of the back and shoulders. This depicts the emotional strength of a woman through hardships of life. The rest of her body gives a feeling of calmness symbolising a woman's gentle, caring and loving nature. The black background provides depth to the painting and ensures an ultimate feeling of sensuality.

Daniele van Eck Artist

Daniele van Eck, born April 1983, Johannesburg South Africa is a self-taught abstract and nude artist.

She created various forms of art since the age of 13, did pencil and charcoal drawing for more than 4 years and started focusing permanently on painting early 2006.

Daniele is currently studying art and will be starting her degree studies of visual art in 2008 to enhance her techniques and increase her knowledge.

Although she mainly uses acrylic in her paintings she does experiment with other mediums for texture and uniqueness. Various artworks have been purchased by clients from Korea, UK, Cypress, Toronto, Sweden, Greece and US.

Her main inspirations for abstract art are emotion, insights, spirituality and the power of color, whereas the nudes reflect beauty, form and the sensuality of the human body.
