New Painting and New Digs
We have exciting news! We're moving the family and my studio closer to our Performing Arts Centre. In fact we will be in the same block in an apartment upstairs, courtyard and studios downstairs which will also serve as a small gallery space for myself and possibly some guest artists. This is in a high profile commercial business area and will be quite a radical change in lifestyle for us and for the kids (and the dog) but like everything we do, is part of a long term vision to continue making a life for ourselves in the arts, doing what we love!
I'll post images as soon as the space is finished and maybe have a bit of an informal morning tea opening. We make the move in a week, then I'll do some transforming of studio area.
I just finished a new piece entitled 'Hope' - 101 x 91 cm. As always, if you're interested in this or any of my paintings, send me an email using the link below.

The “Celebration Exhibition” opened last Thursday and continues until 4 July.
Also, I will have the painting 'Girl with a Basket of Flowers' from my recent “Lightly on the Land” exhibition back in my studio later this week. This is one of two remaining works from the series. Please contact me if you would like to view this in my studio - or would like to be emailed a large image for viewing.
