It's the biggest Halloween event in the U.S. with as many as 400,000 people showing up, mostly to gawk at, well...Halloween Freaks. A long section of Santa Monica Blvd is blocked off for the party, but having been there myself, if you're not into crowds, this won't be your thing. With the event taking part in the gay neighborhood of West Hollywood, you can expect to see some of the most imaginative and provocative costumes of your life.
