Diptych Abstract Painting "Marrakesh"

A columnar abstract paintings featuring dark-red, off-white, browns, olive-green, and black.  The painting is highly-textured which is achieved by laying down a base of modeling compound brushed through tulle.  The tulle is removed leaving a grid pattern on parts of the canvas, which the artist then paints over with acrylic paint to complete the textured base.  Finally the artist completes the artwork using oil paints.
