So far we have just focused on all the results for Ariki
Art at Froogle, and then sorted them by price, or limited the results by
price range. How do we go about finding specific items in Ariki Art's
Froogle catalog? Let's use the example of "abstract art". As you
know from the start of the tutorial, the results of the Froogle search are
limited to ArikiArt's store by entering "store:arikiart" in the search box.
This is done automatically for you when you click on the
Froogle Gallery link at the top of every page at
arikiart.com. Clicking on that
line will return everything in Ariki Art's Froogle catalog. To search
within those results type in your keyword or words after "store:arikiart" in
the search box. So to search for abstract art, simply type "abstract
art" as illustrated in yellow highlight below and then click "Search
Froogle". Voila! Your results will now be limited to items with
"abstract art" in their titles or descriptions.
Searching for Works by a Specific Artist
You may want to view the work of a particular artist.
That's just as easy to do too. After the "store:arikiart" search phrase,
enter the artist's name. For example, one of our artists is Jeane
Coutts. I can get all of Jeane's work by adding "coutts" after "store:arikiart"
as illustrated below. I only needed to enter "coutts" because we only
have the one artist with "Coutts" in their name, so it is already unique.
