Lost Hills Exit 91 - Raymond Neher

California’s great central valley, the San Joaquin Valley, is the agricultural heartland of the state. Interstate 5 runs along the west side of the valley connecting the state’s northern and southern population centers with a flow of traffic that never stops and never slows down.  Lost Hills is at the southern end of the valley near Bakersfield in Kern County.
